About Jack Creager
Lemont-based, cloud-certified, and still happy to open a network closet.
Jack Creager is based in Lemont, Illinois. He started in IT service desk, server, storage, and network administration, then spent over a decade leading cloud, data, and IT programs for global organizations.
Along the way he earned Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Digital Leader, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) credentials, plus an MBA focused on IT and project management and a BS in Computer Science.
He still builds. That includes a native iOS app (Golf Test Pro) on a serverless AWS backend, and the CI/CD-deployed platform that hosts jackcreager.com and a handful of small-business client sites. His home lab covers UniFi, UniFi Protect, Home Assistant, NAS and backup, and structured cabling.
Tech Services exists for a simple reason: local businesses deserve the same clarity and finish quality as enterprise programs, without the enterprise overhead. Fixed-price projects, plain documentation, and one person accountable.
